I've noticed some problems with the use of "Public Relations" because "PR" conflicts with FreeBSD's Problem Report "PR" which has caused the creation of the "PubRel" eye-sore. You-all might consider using "Public Affairs", like I noticed NASA using last weekend. "PA" seems like an OK initialism (except maybe for children in Pennsylvania :). Or maybe just "publicity" as in "The [FreeBSD] Publicity Project" or "bsdpublicity.org".
