I did this. And the keyboard problems are probably not triggered by a bad vgalib file. I did a short Linux test with this computer. Video card, mouse and keyboard work (vgalib-1.2.10). Amancio (and other who can run vgalib-foo), what is the exact date/revision of your FreeBSD? Time to flood vgalib with debug hooks...
