	tested on both 5.0-CURRENT and 3.5-STABLE but not 4.0-STABLE.

	o update to 10.59.
	o RUN_DEPENDS on skk-jisyo only when:
	   SKK_JISYO does not defined.
	   SKK_JISYO defined but it doesn't exist.
	  This is useful in environment such as: $SKK_JISYO points
	  site-local-customized-jisyo. I believe this feature wouldn't
	  hurt bento at all.
