For the time being, yes please. svn2cvs should handle replaced files, =
but it doesn't and so far nobody has had the time to fix it.

We probably forgot documenting this as we sort of hoped it would be =
fixed, and there have been a couple of reminder to developers@ over the =
years, which of course doesn't help "newer" people.
