I am going to do everything to solve the "chatter" bug tonite.  It will
NOT be in the next snapshot...  It is one of those problems that will become
obvious when it is found.  It appears to be a buffer management problem and
on the surface to be a problem with the code that chooses lru
or vmio buffers to reuse.
