>Release: 4.9
>Organization:
Oliis Ltd
>Environment:
N/A
>Description:
The system fails to boot after installing, BootMgr runs but system reboots before the bootloader starts. The system has a single Maxtor Diamond Max 9 80G hard disk. This system offers no fine-tuning of hard disk geometry.
>How-To-Repeat:
      Standard install, reboot.
>Fix:
Fix was to use 5.2.1 instead, this reported geometry problems and used a corrected value for fdisk. I reran the 4.9 installer and the "corrected" value appears in fdisk, too, but there was no warning beforehand as there is in 5.2.1.
