This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0017_01C12387.3C0C9820 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello, I am just trying to get a really fast server running, so I chose Apache. I installed the apache files, and it seems to startup at boot, because = when I shutdown, it says it is shutting down the Apache daemon. I = couldn't get Comanche to run in KDE, the .ob4 wouldn't execute. My = question is: does Apache run automatically right from boot and then I = would just edit the httpd.conf to setup a server? Thanks a lot Owen ------=_NextPart_000_0017_01C12387.3C0C9820 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Diso-8859-1"> <META content=3D"MSHTML 5.50.4616.200" name=3DGENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=3D#ffffff> <DIV><FONT face=3DVerdana>Hello,</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=3DVerdana>I am just trying to get a really fast server = running, so=20 I chose Apache.</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT face=3DVerdana>I installed the apache files, and it seems to = startup at=20 boot, because when I shutdown, it says it is shutting down the Apache = daemon.
