The Intel EtherExpress driver was added just recently, you will need kernel
sources later than 2/26/1995.

Here is the kernel config line I use for the ix0 driver:
device ix0 at isa? port 0x280 net irq  5 iomem 0xd0000 iosiz 32768 vector ixintr
