IF you've changed the origins, then you might want to make sure your
portupgrade database is up-to-date.  Does pkg_version -vl"<" report the
same thing?  I found that pkg_version was correct when portupgrade was
not.  The fix was to remove /var/db/pkg/pkgdb.db, then run pkgdb -F. 
There might be a better portupgrade fix for this...
