Do always
make depend
make

Also you have to install ssys.?? sinclude.?? and that all. I believe I
installed the whole 4.2-RELEASE src tree and did a

cd /usr/src
make include

first before configuring/compiling the kernel.

kernel config file syntax is changing dramatically and it looks
that 4.2 is something between two stools. I believe I had to enable the whole
NETGRAPH options stuff to get a kernel compiled under 4.2-RELEASE.
