i dont have this handy but i am 99.99% sure it was my pr.
it has been closed. it was a bug in the bootpd routing table manipulation.
actually caused worse things than that (i found out later)
but by that time someone had fixed it.
arp looks funny with the 20min and 4 hour timeouts.
wasnt sure if it was kernel or bootpd myself
