I've got a serial connection going to it, but if I try to echo to the dev (/dev/ttyd1) It either hangs the shell, or the printer would print a space, go backwards a space, and repeat until I reboot the unix box. (Turning off the printer, killing the echo statement doesn't work) Anyone do such a task? -- Virtually, Edward Wolpert ------------------------------- "The best way out is always wolperte@knox.pcec.philips.com | through." - Robert Frost wolpert@utk.edu | =============================== 'Give me a shell, and I'll Truth is what you believe. | give you the world.'
