Try increasing the volume for "mix" and/or "speaker". If that does not work, increase volume for everything and just see if you get any output. Maybe the driver got its lines mixed up? mixer speaker 75:75 mixer mix 75:75 ... I am not a sound guy. The last time I messed with sound, there were some mixer line labels that didn't make sense to me on the card I was using at the time.
