debug with hw.usb.xhci.debug=3D16 after warm boot

Hi, we've observed this issue with several different kinds of small board
computers based off Intel Atom x5-Z8350 chipset. It has number of periphera=
ls
connected via USB3 bus.

Nornal USB-related output looks like the following:

Everything works fine after a cold boot, but when the system is rebooted
without taking power down, number of USB devices including network controll=

fail to attach with the following error message(s):
