I have heard of this issue from other people.  Would you be willing to
take traces for schedgraph for me?  I can very quickly determine the
problem if you do.  There are instructions at the top of
src/tools/sched/schedgraph.py.  You don't need to install python and
tkinter if you don't want to view the output.  Just mail me the compressed
ktr.out.
