Right, our version is 2.4.28.  The bug was introduced in 2.4.27, and
carried into 2.4.28.

It did.  Thanks to Lauri Watts giving me an account on one of the
Fruitsalad machines, I was able to track the bug down, fix it, and get
it back to the libxml people.

I don't plan to upgrade libxml2 (if a release actually comes out) until
after the ports freeze ends.
