If everything goes OK, the backend server from finstall could offer
something like that. (http://wiki.freebsd.org/finstall). The lan is to
finish the prototype in python, then rewrite it in C for inclusion in
the base system (though this particular part needs some high-level
discussion), so this is not something that will happen "soon".
