Yes, Sheldon, I did what Brian Handy said to do; I deleted libPropList and rebuilt it. In fact, I did that twice. It still doesn't build. And this is on a system that's relatively new and just has a bunch of packages installed straight off the cdrom. I also tried building windowmaker from ports. Enlightenment also did not work because it needed a second "imlib" directory after /usr/local/etc/imlib, but that was easy to take care of. Afterstep does work though, so I have enough window managers, although I prefer windowmaker. Thanks for your concern. I don't think I'm the only person with this problem, but maybe we are all doing something wrong.
