The usability issues of Bugzilla's default template set are well-known and = we are collecting issue reports to address in future template/theme revision. This particular issue as reported is partially a consequence of particular components being hidden in certain conditions (in this case: 'ports framewo= rk', which has unfortunately just shifted issues elsewhere.
