Those are default CFLAGS on RELENG_6. It is the same with or without
CPUTYPE set. I think maybe it has to do with threaded perl, but I have not
had the time to set up a clean environment to test that. I will try to get
a test jail set up sometime today and let you know if it builds with
non-threaded perl here, but that's the only thing I can think of that
would be any different.
