>Description:
The manpage web interface, at http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi
does not produce results for any entry when "FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE"
is chosen. When using the apropos feature, the output is this:

Cannot open whatis database for `FreeBSD 5.1-RELEASE'

>How-To-Repeat:
	Visit http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?manpath=FreeBSD+5.1-RELEASE
	with your browser of choice.

>Fix:
Somewhere in the CGI I assume.
