I've fixed two minor problems, but apparently the ioctl's being used (derived from SunOS 3.5) are not correct. The problem is minor as the package still works but just closes all windows when one is closed. Error message at startup is: Warning: no access to tty (Inappropriate ioctl for device). Thus no job control in this shell.
