Guys,

if you still have this issue and consider it a problem or an annoyance, could
you please test the following patch?
http://people.freebsd.org/~avg/zfs-vfs.diff

I am not sure if it would fix the issue, but it certainly should improve many
aspects of .zfs handling and so it may help.

P.S.
Please do not hurry with positive feedback unless you have a sure way to
reproduce the issue with current code.
