Usually if I access a file share on a Windows machine and = then go back to the Samba machine it will then work.     Sorry to bother = you.  I=20 have looked around in the newsgroups and have not found an answer to = this=20 problem.  Using FreeBSD 4.1 and the Samba port, my Windows clients = are=20 often getting semaphore timeout messages.  Usually if I access a = file share=20 on a Windows machine and then go back to the Samba machine it will then=20 work.  Is it possible for me to cause this behavior with a poorly = written=20 smb.conf, or is there a bug which needs to be fixed?
