Install no-login.  It'll still allow users to use pop, ftp, home 
directory, etc., just not let them log in via telnet or ssh.

Doing

	cd /usr/ports/sysutils/no-login && make install distclean

will install it.  Be sure to set the users' shell to the new nologin
shell (/usr/local/sbin/nologin).
