https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D269238 --- Comment #3 from Chris Petrik <Christopher.petrik@usm.edu> --- I have a patch for a new mbestls3 port but the current maintainer of mbestls was not very helpful. Not sure why you would port it back instead of just u= sing the internal one , you are modifying the code when the app comes with its recent internal mbestls3 port at its latest version. I would trust the internal lib with non modified code rather then hacking i= t to work for a lts version, very easy to get frustrated when current maintainers don=E2=80=99t want to accept new ports which we would need later on any way= s 2.x won=E2=80=99t last forever. Easier to work with the openbsd and netbsd projects in regard= s to this rather than a whole heap of reviews and edits and oh please resubmit t= he patch with git so I don=E2=80=99t have to do any leg work. All this makes a= simple process overly complex for no reason. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
