No indeed. Care should be taken to not mix different versions of llvm's bit=
code
(.bc or .ll files. That is:

/usr/bin/c++ -std=3Dc++17 -fno-discard-value-names -emit-llvm -S -Xclang
-disable-O0-optnone -g
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/devel/phasar/work/phasar-1222/test/llvm_test_code/constn=
ess/array/array_01.cpp
-o array_01_cpp_m2r_dbg.ll && /usr/local/llvm14/bin/opt -mem2reg -S
array_01_cpp_m2r_dbg.ll -o array_01_cpp_m2r_dbg.ll

will only work if /usr/bin/c++ and /usr/local/llvm14/bin/opt are the same
version, llvm 14. It is advisable to use /usr/local/llvm/bin/clang++ to com=
pile
the .cpp to .ll instead.
