ERROR:
Someone has a mailing list subscribed to a mailing list, a recipie
for disaster.

SOLUTION:
Unsubscribe said list before it causes dupeloops. Also, use
mailing list software that detects X-Loop: and other telltale mailing list
processor headers and ignore erroneous mails that were received from
lists.
