Dear FreeBSD, I have a 486 computer with VESA IDE card. My Zoom 28.8k modem is installed at COM2. Why sometimes the booting probe can identify the modem at sio1, but most of times it can't (after I make a dial) ? I was stuck by this problem when I tried to install PPP. Please help! (I install FreeBSD 2.1) Tung
