Hello,

OpenLDAP 2.3 as well as 2.2 does't propagate several attributeTypes and
some matchingRules (e.g. subtreeSpecification, operational attributes like
entryCSN and entryUUID or matching rule caseIgnoreListSubstringsMatch)
in cn=Subschema. But of course, they are built in slapd and can be assigned

I have absolutely no idea where and how to look up this problem.

I've verifyed this on different machines with different FreeBSD-5.x
versions and permutated some make options (WITH_SASL for exapmle)
