A few questions about using 'pkg_add -r'....

Where do the files go? They aren't in /usr/ports/distfiles
If the dependency fails, it doesn't backup and try again. Is there a way to
resume installing without having to DL all over again? Is it just a matter
of using the refetch command? I read the man page and it didn't giev the
info i was looking for.
