We're still doing what we did. FBSD+ZFS _would_ have been the
replacement.
We're sucking with linux+dirvish. it's slow, dirvish is kinda retarded,
it has many flaws, but it's stable. Well, in a way, you don't lose data
like you would do with ZFS :)
