refer PR i386/27280. I faced the same problem but got solved with a patch. 
The patch is available in the PR.

After updating from fresh sources yesterday (previously update was
about a week ago) I noticed the following with netstat:
  [bsd@vger]:/bsd- netstat -rn                             
  Routing tables
  Internet:

  netstat: kvm_read: Bad address

  netstat: kvm_read: Bad address
  netstat: kvm_read: Bad address
Any ideas?
