Well, it seems that high cpu consume is not only related to mouse movement, but to any event that requires a refresh of the screen. Examples are: open a new terminal, drag a window, open a browser, etc. What can I do in order to debug this issue? I am almost sure it is a Xorg problem, not a driver one. PD: I can do full access to this laptop to any interested developer who want to address this issue.
