Do you have any PS/2 keyboards plugged in to these servers? That will stop DRACs working since they are a virtual USB keyboard and FreeBSD can only handle one console keyboard and the PS/2 will override. This is a bit of a pain, but our policy (which seems to work) is that we never plug a keyboard in and only ever use the DRAC. If you do need a PS/2 at some point, you can switch with kbdcontrol - see the man page. --Alex
