Hi,

       I tried installing 4.3 BSD on my machine from a
CD-ROM device.

       The installation progressed very slowly. The
reason being I encountered frequent errors of the
following sort:
"
ad0: WRITE command time out tag=0 serv=0 resetting
ata0: resetting device.. done
"


Because of this error the installation progresses so
slowly that i could get bin dist extracted after 2.5
Hrs.

May i have any suggestions for the same.
