If we > apply enough pressure maybe he'll drop everything else and do the port! Actually I have been mucking w/ the development release (1.4.4) not 1.4.0. As Brian notes, 1.4.4 is a far easier port (I mucked w/ 1.4.0 and was not impressed). All of the linux specific stuff is gone. Asfsm still has some Xaw error I don't understand. The only problem I've had so far running 1.4.4 is that the Pager will core dump if you try to change the background on a desktop. I know it's something about how they've set up the Pager to have a pixmap background to match the desktop, but I haven't had time to mess with it. I won't have any time to mess w/ it until after this weekend (I'm leaving for a conference Wed and I still don't have any results or my talk ready ....).
