I grabbed the correct sources for 3.1 via cvsup and ran the build script and no compile errors! Wow. But, the script gets to stage 1 and then stops with no errors. Here's the output: ====================== stage1 started ===================== -> Preparing kernel... -> Preparing MFS filesystem... homer# That's it. I have a fs.PICOBSD and a kernel file in the build directory. I have attempted running stage1 alone, but no luck. I have also checked for vn0 in /dev, it's there and I checked my kernel for a built-in vnode driver and it's there. Any ideas? Either update your machine (see `Making the World Your > Own' in the _Tutorials_ at www.FreeBSD.org), or use 3.1 sources.
