E-mail message from Tom Gallo contained: > I was reading the release notes for FreeBSD 2.1.5 and read about > dial-on-demand PPP, my question is really just a PPP question. Basically all external ones (those that have RS-232 connectors on them, i.e. stay away from the Apple only RS422 stuff :) and most internal as well. You will find it easier if you get one with Hayes compatible control language as then all the template scripts need virtually no changes. Faxing is slightly different matter; consult HylaFax and/or mgetty/sendfax documentation--both are in ports (AFAIK) /Marino > > Thanks, > Tom > >
