It shouldn't be that difficult, but it would be a lot of work.

It's based on a package of SuseLinux and you may to port the
work to our RedHat version.

And then the kernel modules, you can find them here:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/vmware/vmware-netbsd-3.2.0.tgz

I looked at the sources and they need a bit work to get them compile.
But it is a job you can do ! If you need help tell me !
