  Modified files:
    release/scripts/pkgtools makepackage.sh 
  Log:
  install port in a temporary directory and build package directly from
  there instead of installing it as a real port and copying it to a real
  directory
  
  this also implies that we must run the make install on a clean build
  directory (in order to make PREFIX work) so make clean before install
