What was the problem? the whole conversation should have been handled better from our end. i have not talked to him myself. i gather he commited the entire disk to FreeBSD without understanding what he was doing. ;( his fustration is well founded. we are not to blame to that type of user error. its a real shame that the conversation degenerated so fast and so completely.
