v1 patch

This trivial patch adds a uid & gid for ansible, to support running as a
daemon.

Ansible can be run in push mode (on demand, interactive) or ike a tradition=
al
daemon on every managed system, in a cron-triggered pull mode using git or =
svn
repo as a definitive source, similar to puppet agent & environments. Having=
 a
consistent ansible uid/gid that won't conflict with any current or future p=
ort
or package is a big help for sysadmin tools.
