camcontrol debug after local patch

Andriy,

This is the output after the local patch was applied to scsi_da.c.

I issued camcontrol debug -c -p -I -P all in single-user mode.

Possibly of interest: when I rebooted the system into multi-user mode, the=
 USB
flash drive was detected and usable (fsck, gpart show, mount).

I don't know what that means, but I thought I would let you know.
