  I'm surprised it made it that far! I can absolutely guarantee that the 
kernel won't work even if it could be loaded because the system 
controller used on the Pegasos isn't supported.

  To debug the loader, I'd recommend inserting printfs in appropriate
places. From the above, it looks like it's falling over somewhere while
loading the kernel. Be prepared to do lots of CD burning if you can't
boot over the net :)
