Hi, there are so many ports that depend on libsmbclient and all dual boot FreeBSD/Linux PCs (allmost all FreeBSD/Linux-PCs) as far as i can see here export files to local windows clients by means of samba. So when using samba *server* (what i consider normal) portupgrade and portinstall does not stop to nag me about missing dependency for samba-libsmbclient. -- Fritz Heinrichmeyer FernUniversitaet, LG ES, 58084 Hagen (Germany) tel:+49 2331/987-1166 fax:987-355 http://www-es.fernuni-hagen.de/~jfh
