I rebuilt libc and libc_r with the debug, so here's result. I had a good idea. I put gnome-terminal in the ~/.xinitrc following: ==================== gnome-terminal & \ exec gnome-session ==================== The gnome-terminal starts with gnome2 fine and the nautilus crashed. So, I didn't click anything on the bug buddy. Instead, I use the gnome-terminal to do the 'gdb /usr/X11R6/bin/nautilus <pid>' and did the backtrace. Hopeful, this time it's something useful. Here's link: http://mezzweb.com:81/show/gdb-nautilus2.txt (be sure to clear your cache) Cheers, Mezz >Joe > >-- >PGP Key : http://www.marcuscom.com/pgp.asc _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam?
