The '60' part is a version number, and will change fairly often as we upgra=
de
llvm, so it likely doesn't make sense to change the cross reference.

It looks to be a part of base that is not installed by default:
usr.bin/clang/lli/lli.1

I think you have to enable 'CLANG_EXTRAS' or something, or have installed
llvm60 from ports.
