I think that this has been reported once before. If I do a git checkout of a quite large repository (FreeBSD converted from CVS to GIT with full history) in a gjournal-ed filesystem I get a few messages saying that a checkout of file failed because of interrupted system call. I see this in RELENEG_7, i386, UP. You might remember that I reported an issue with interrupted system calls while upgrading ports, but that was in 6.2/6.3, amd64, SMP, and with gjournal6.patch of course. -- Andriy Gapon
