svn diff changes MASTER_SITES TIMESTAMP SHA256 SIZE WWW

This port is marked BROKEN for lack of working MASTER_SITES.
This pr(1) fixes that by providing the correct pointer to
MASTER_SITES.

According to their page on SourceForge. They moved
everything, as SF doesn't provide Fossil. They now
host their own source.

P.S. version 2.2 is out
will save upgrade for another pr after I've tested it.
